We needed a new sofa and two new chairs. We had a huge number of options to choose from and are very happy with what we eventually bought. In both making our selection and choosing the fabric, the assistance we received was perfect. It was an excellent experience.

Dana, a designer and salesperson, spent a lot of time with us to make sure she knew what we were really looking for. She had very insightful suggestions and we appreciated the dialogue. Would highly recommend both her and the store if you are out shopping.

Had a wonderful experience with Laura Sala at Sofa's. She was very knowledgeable in the product lines I was interested in considering. Most important she listened to me regarding my needs, likes and budget.

I love my family room furniture! Great quality and value. Karen was very knowledgeable and helpful. This was my second purchase and I will definitely be back.

My wife and I purchase all of our upholstered furniture from Sofa etc. We were given terrific advise as to what style and fabrics to purchase to best fit our space. Sofa's Etc's highly knowledge staff guided me through my very first purchase of quality furniture, in the past I had purchased furniture by the room. Laura was especially helpful in ensuring that the color and fabric choices were ideal for me and my home.

My wife and I have been in the process of buying furniture for a new house over the past year. During this period, we have visited a number of different furniture stores in the Baltimore area. We actually stumbled on Sofas Etc. when we were looking on line for a very specific make and model of sofa. Once we found out that Sofas Etc. carried this brand we visited the Joppa Rd. store ( as well as other competitors).
I had never even heard of Sofas Etc. prior to our visit and my expectation was not very high.

However, we were completely pleasantly surprised. Of course, one of the most important factors is the quality of the Sales Associate/ Designer that you are engaging with. Karen was ours. We immediately felt comfortable and it became obvious pretty quickly that she was extremely knowledgeable about their products. It did not take long for Karen to figure out our likes and dislikes and pointed us in the right direction ( so that we were not wasting time looking at furniture that was not our taste).

We became completely comfortable and confident with Karen. As a result, we have purchased a large number of items at Sofas Etc. Not only was Karen outstanding, but we also determined that the pricing was excellent ( either at or below the competition). Further, Karen would alert us regarding specific manufactures discounts that would pop up from time to time during upcoming sales. We took complete advantage saving us hundreds of dollars.

I highly recommend both Karen and Sofas Etc.

I had an awesome experience back in November at Sofas etc..love the staff and my furniture..my couch is made to survive a puppy and a 6 year old..love everything I have from them

Very personable and experienced sales persons.. HUGE selection in many different colors and fabrics. Highly recommend this company!!!

Recently took a ride out to Sofas ETC and was pleasantly surprised with what they had to offer. The person who greeted me was very helpful and guided me in the right direction. Did not order there but was very pleased with my experience.

Don't do it! I have had a horrible experience dealing with this company. Our sofa had a manufactures defect and ripped within 1 week of delivery. Sofas etc re upholstered the sectional and it has ripped again. The company will only re upholster (poorly at that) the sofa or replace it after charging us 1,000.00 for a different model. Jeremy and his father are impossible to get in touch with and are extremely rude. BUYER BEWARE. Don't take the chance go somewhere else.

The first time I went to Sofa's etc. the sales people we rude. I ventured back 2 years later and Nancy is wonderful. I can't say the same of the others working there but if you like the deals and furniture make sure to ask for Nancy, she is polite, nice, and has great ideas.
