Do not use this store if your item is time-sensitive. This is an owner-owned independent UPS contractor. If you encounter a problem (like I did), the UPS customer service main office will not be able to intervene. I dropped an item for processing/return 8/24/13. It is now 8/29/13 and the item is still not process, because the owner/manager "Denise" is not available. The employee does not know how to process the return???
