Literally one of the worst businesses I've visited. Dirty broken down over cramped selections so unorganized that it's an eye sore. Very unpleasant experience due to the in store staff mostly the representative I talked too. Personally I had heard good things after going there myself personally I'm shocked and disappointed.

Oh my this place has been in Parma forever and they have a ton of stock. While searching for carpet last year I did my rounds to Lowes, Home Depot, etc...I found something I really liked at Home Depot well Parma Furniture had the EXACT same carpet but for almost $1 cheaper and in carpet that is a lot of cash, needless to say you know where we got it and we could not have been happier with the installation. Great group of people and good company!
