The Management is quite nice and helpful. The front staff leaves a lot to be desired. They recently burnt the bun on a hamburger and gave the customer a new bun without any condiments. Wow I thought our friend was kidding me. Finally I went to the front and specifically asked for a new hamburger. It all depends on who is working the front as to what you get. Rachel the Mgr. tries really hard. Shelly is excellent too. Some of the newer people we think may be a little brain dead. Higher better people or pay them more. Hope you read this Dave.
