AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! We were involved in the 4/14/2011 tornado in Little Rock and received an estimate for $6500 and our insurance paid A to Z to remove two fallen oak trees from property line to property line. A to Z sliced the trees and left them where they lay, did not remove the root balls as would have been consistent to the estimate and signed contract, they did remove some of the brush they cut and told our insurance company the they were not "finished" with our property two months later. We have filed complaints with the BBB and the Attorney Generals Office and as of July 2011, both are pending an outcome.
