Provided by YP.comI don't Know Where People Think That They Can Come Into A Camp Ground And Think They Can Run The Place To Their Likeing. Barb And Kim Work Their Butts Off Keeping The Park Clean So People Can Enjoy Themselves.Yes They Have Rules And 99.9 0/0 Of The People Abide By The Rules if You Don't Than They have To Step In. Campers Get A Sheet Of Paper With The Rules And Quite Time. There Are Signs That Say To Check In To Office Before Going To A Camp Site. This Is A great Park To Camp In.Bathrooms Are Clean. Fish Station Is Clean Every Morning and Docks Are Always Ready To Use.Some People Just Try To See How Far They Can Go To Get What They Think Is Right.I Would Give This Camp Ground 100 Out Of 100.If You Don't Like Rules And abide By Them you Don't Need to Camp There.Quite Time Is 11pm Not 5 am And Keeping Neighbors Up All night.

Provided by YPmobileIf I could give this canpground a 0 out of 5 I would. The canpground itself is a very nice place. However, the couple that manages it are the most rude individuals I have ever met. When we arrived, we parked our camper and went to pay. Since we didn't check in before parking, we were immediately kicked out of the park. After listening to her extremely RUDE rant, Barb finally decided that it was okay that we stay, but only after we go apologize to the two campsites that originally wanted that spot. She also decided to throw in a comment saying "I don't know what kind of job you have, but running a campground is very stressful. Barb & her husband were rude, degrading, and unprofessional. I wouldn't even waste your time or money dealing with these people.

Provided by YPmobileThe camper park we lived in recently go shut down. I contacted Barb @ Parshall Bay to see if there was a lot I could rent for a week, until I could find a more permanent solution (realizing this was not a permanent place to stay).
After a barrage of questions about my life and wether or not I was in ND for work, she told me I needed to find somewhere else to go. Saying that I was not welcome there. Unless your in this crap hole for a vacation, I recommend finding a better place to camp. The people at Van Hook were understanding and helped me get a TEMPORARY spot to park. Much better atmosphere and attitude.
