I'd like to give Bohrens 5 stars! Packers were Great! Movers worked hard and didn't scratch. They lost an item and cut a fast, fair check.



But the salesman, the 40-year veteran, was a complete idiot!! This moron came to our house on TWO occasions - first to estimate a move only, then to estimate adding packing. My emphasis to him was that I WANT TO KNOW THE EXACT CHARGE B4 WE MOVE. We paid a higher rate to have that 'Lock In Assurance', but the contract states that they WILL charge more if the actual move is over their 10% overage allowance. And he talks and talks and talks of his 40 yrs and how his competitors are disingenuous and this idiot missed the packed box count and the total weight of the move by 25-30% !! 40 YEARS OF WORK AND A 25 PERCENT MISS ON THE ESTIMATE!! Within 5 minutes of the packers pulling up, the lead guy calls out this mistake, which was OBVIOUS to him, and at the end of the move we got charged $2K on top of $15K. So much for STRAIGHT TALK!
