Never Ever come and live in this apartment , I lived in Parsippany almost 12 years , this is the worst apartment I ever lived , see SOME some reasons

1. All these apartments are condos owned by individual Desi people. this is just a rental property for them, They wont spend money for Quality maintenance. just paint and give to another tenant.

2. All the apartments are very old and in bad condition in terms of maintenance. looks okay from inside but even the drinking water is coming through very bad rusted pipes under the basement,

3. All these apartment basements are filled with cockroaches,mice etc , no public entry to this basements,

4. 70% apartments having the bed bug problems,owners won;t do anything.

5.NO place for kids to play, they wont allow play on grass.

6.Standard Rent is 1000 but they will ask you 1400, All Guju owner's relatives they lie and tell they are paying 1400 etc..just fake and trapping all H1B tenants. they won;t do any repair make your life miserable.
