Yes the building is old.
The plumbing need serious fixing.
Drinking water need testing!!
Alarm systems need updated.
Property management should be held accountable.
Residents is paying to much rent and the building is poorly maintained.
Residents is also getting penalized for telling the truth.
I will be calling the State and Federal Agencies, To investigate this complex!
All residents should be treated fare!!
I'm calling for a fix income and more impoverishment...

Very old buildings. Noisy floor, noise of people walking around in the apartment above you. Windows are horrible, they are so old so you cannot open it or will stuck on close. Apartment which near meter room, additional noises are guaranteed.
