I called because my tenant said the stoppage in her upstairs bathroom was never completely cleared, by any of the Plumbers I sent. Her complaint was that the toilet waas loose as well, and the bathtub faucet was leaking. The office girl was so sweet!! she called the owner (Richard) out in the field and called me back immediately, like she promised she would. By 3:00 that afternoon, Richard was at the apartment checking it out for me and called promptly with his report (no charge for his time). By the end of the day all of the repairs were set up and the Plumbers that came to do the various little projects were very clean and professional. My tenant was very pleased and the bill, which did not even come until two weeks later, was very reasonable. Now I can see why Barrington Plumbing has such a high end repeat business as they set their standards high, Richard oversees everything to make sure its done right, and the office girl is extremely helpful.
