Pasadena is difficult to get around. Very congested. Is not a visitor friendly city. Complacent on issues. City officials have no authority. City staff are rude and cynical. I would not recommend this city to anyone visiting. Yes, there are a few things to see and do, but plenty more elsewhere. I feel for business who will loose out due to the very strict and unbending ordinances of this city. Heaven help you if you get any kind of citation in this city.
