Five Star Home Hospice was founded in 2005 in the city of Pasadena by a compassionate group of healthcare professionals with one thing in mind: to be an asset to the community by providing the best quality of care to patients and families in need of hospice services.. Our hospice provides a team oriented approach that addresses all aspects of palliative (comfort) care, including excellent medical care, pain management and emotional support.

I cannot say how thankful I am for the support that our family received from Five Star Home Hospice. They were incredibly attentive to all of our needs and everyone from their nurses to the people answering our calls from their office were so respectful and professional. During the two months or so that we received their services I felt as though we became a small family. Thank you for going out of your way and delivering on your promises and supporting us all the way to the end. You have an amazing team and I hope you guys continue to grow and continue to provide the quality and care to others who may need it, as you did for us. Thank You!
