The first time I took my dog here I thought it was a little high priced but the location was convenient. When I picked up my ten pound dog, I was somewhat satisfied with the grooming. He skipped clipping between the paws and pads of the feet. The second time I dropped off my dog I reminded him to please get in between the pads. I paid the tip up front because I was not sure if I would be the one in my home to pick up the dog....stupid me. When I picked my dog up he had raised the price from the last service with no warning, still missed her pads, and would not give me my tip back. Then he argued with me. After it was all said and done I paid $55 dollars to have my 10 pound dog shaved, no shaping, no specialty cut just shaved and it was a crappy job. Shady business, poor service, horrible customer service. If you take your dog here get everything in writing and be prepared to tell this amateur how to properly trim a dogs hair.
