Provided by YP.comThe service was getting comical today with the third time being the charm. Ordered the yakisoba w/no onions and they gave me the spicy yakisoba that was so hot I had to send it back. This was after our server read back the order twice to made sure he had it right. I guess yakisoba w/no onions and pork ramen was pretty tricky for him. When he brought back the second order of noodles it was full of onions. I was ready to give up but my better half convinced me to see if they could get it right on the third try. Usually their version of yakisoba with assorted vegetables has meant 40% cabbage, 20% onions, 40% noodles with 3 or 4 slices of carrot, so it was interesting to see them change that recipe to red and green bell peppers, tomato slices, carrot slices and fresh basil with 80% noodles. I don't think they should advertise it as Japanese Yakisoba, but as I was so famished by the time I'd gotten the third dish, i devoured the noodles. The pork slices in the ramen was tough as leather with a very little amount of overcooked noodles in the soup which was bland. Recommend ordering extra noodles with that dish. Also, I think they move their filthy chairs to the back room instead of simply cleaning them, so be ready to stick to everything you touch if you chose to be seated in the rear of the restaurant.
