Really great & superrr cheap! Installed windows through out my house had everything done withing 2 weeks. I would recommend them & I didn't have problems with payment at all. Thanks Luis!

Do not trust this company! Jose Louis sent out a guy to pick up and then cash my deposit check within minutes of my approving the glass shower enclosure job. He promised installation within several weeks.... Six months later I am still waiting. I have nothing but ridiculous excuses and missed appointments half a year later. Jose Louis avoids calls, does not call back. it is clear that Pasadena Glass & Mirror has no intention of providing the service paid for. I'd be happy to just get a refund. I'd love to be proven wrong but it seems like Jose Louis is just running a scam.

i had a couple of broken windows and didnt have alot of money and a friend of mine told me to ask 4 luis so i called and ask he gave me a great prices and EVEN DID a WINDOW 4 FREE they did great work and they were fast PS...THANKS LUIS

LOST MY REFERRAL AND BUSINESS. I ordered replacement glass for a retail storefront. Luis insisted on a deposit which I forwarded and they cashed within 1 day. Mat'l arrived 9 days later & work scheduled on the following Monday morning. Crew did not show until after I called them and then the job capt. informed me that their estimator incorrectly measured the glass and mat'l had to be reordered for installation on the following Mon. No show again, called the shop and number not in service. It's Tues, still no glass and going with Rose City Glass instead. Now 10 wks later and still chasing Luis for the refund of our deposit money! UNBELIEVABLY POOR SERVICE!!

I was so disappointed with the workmanship. I ordered some glass table tops and they didn't even polish the edges and It took them a week longer than they promised.



Plus the service was terrible-I had to help with the installation and was rushed into paying them without giving me time to look at the work. they later refused to return my calls when I told them about the work they had done and asked them to correct it.



I wouldn't reccomend them!!!.

Beware - this guy is not a licensed contractor!! Check the website for the California State Contractors Licensing Board.

I ordered a mirror from this company and they never produced it. They kept telling me it would be next week, it's in the warehouse, the guy I need to talk to would be in tomorrow, etc. etc. I have never experienced anything like it. If you need glass or a mirror, don't waste your time with this company.
