Helped me out of a huge jam!

Extemely heplful. I was burned by the inexperienced designer who wrote the the bad reveiw on this site and the house of printing took care of the problem. Great people!

Worst customer service EVER, blew my deadline.

Basically: Slow turnaround time, Poor communication, and they charge clients for their own mistakes.



I had a horrible experience with the House of Printing involving a simple 1-color business card job. They changed my PMS color without contacting me, I only found out once the job was done. They had to reprint everything, blowing my deadline, and they're still trying to pin the bill on me for their mistake.



I didn't even get the press check I was promised on either run, and they tried to make me believe their screw up was MY fault. If at all possible, DO NOT PRINT with the House of Printing.
