I only wish there were a negative five-star rating to give to US Bank. I got a distinct impression that US Bank doesn't really care about customer service or they've hired the most incompetent staff in the market. If you look at what US Bank offers in terms of products and service, they don't look too bad on paper. But when you come down to it and having to involve the banking employees, you'd find frustration and pain as they make frequent and serious errors. That would cost you lots of time to resolve the problems, if they can be resolved. The best thing to do is to save the headache by not falling for the traps. Put your money elsewhere.
