My sales rep Rhia was very professional and nice, after a misunderstanding with my payments the manager was able to step in and fix the situation so both parties were satisfied. My sales rep told me up front what I was getting took the time to go over all my features of my vehicle and even helped me wash out my friends vehicle I brought with me so it was clean before I returned it. Even though it was Christmas Eve they didn't rush they were all very professional and I highly recommend them for your next Volkswagen.

STAY FAR AWAY!!! We bought TWO...

STAY FAR AWAY!!! We bought TWO cars and when we went to drive them away they were FILTHY!!!!! Completely dirty! Crumbs, ZERO detailing! We should have returned them THEN!!! ONE YEAR and EIGHT Months later my husband's engine went up and my transmission went!!!! All in the same MONTH!!!! They are TRUE STEREOTYPICAL USED CAR SALES MEN!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!! Very unprofessional!!! A couple of weeks after I purchased my vehicle I wouldn't start right. It was in the shop SIX times!!! It needed a "new starter." They finally replaced it. However, it WAS NOT THE STARTER AT ALL!!! I was still having problems WEEKS LATER!!! I took it back and they told me they fixed it and could do nothing MORE!!!! I ended up taking it to someone else and it was the ALTERNATOR!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!
