Please beware this place is a rip-off they took my money and my car still didn't start and they didn't offer any assistance were very rude and disrespectful I'm taking them to small claims court I would not recommend this shop to anyone

just got back from there ..they charged me 242.00 for labor to change 4 spark plugs ..when asked about the charge they said it took 1 1/2 hours @97.00 per hour..#1 how can THAT take an hour and a half #2 ... 1.5 X97.00 does not =242.00 nothing but a rip off place they cant tighten a lug nut for me ever again,,, LIVE AND LEARN

I recommend Baxters, they do great work & are honest

Service engine light came on, was scared to pieces it would cost an arm & a leg, Baxters fixed it in no time & at minimal cost. That was my first visit, have been using them & happy ever since.

I would not recommend this business to anyone. Took our van in due to gas leak. Told them we needed it for vacation on and needed back asap. They said it would be done that day (Monday) had to go up again and show them the leak, asked to keep overnight and stated would be done (Tues) called Tues am said they were working on it. Called back 3pm to get prices was told they NEVER EVEN STARTED YET. Went and picked it up and took it to a reputable garage. I feel the staff lied for 2 days and this was a $1000 job. If you want competent work do not go to Baxters. Had I read the reviews I would have gone elsewhere. TERRIBLE SERVICE If I could I would have given the 0 stars not work even 1

This place is a rip off. I went to Baxter Tire in Pasadena for a front end alignment and I feel it is still pulling to the right. They also performed a service I didn't request (tire rotation) and charged me for it and made me pay for it or they wouldn't give me my keys back. Don't ever go to this place.

I brought my car in for a loud noise coming from the front. They charged me almost a thousand dollars for three hours of work and didn’t even fix the problem. They said that the problem was on the other side and wanted more money to fix it. When I called to express that I wasn’t satisfied they got offensive (not defensive) and hung up on me. There are plenty of better places around MD that will respect you. AVOID this place.

Amazing Friendly Helpful Service.

i have had two tires end up flat with nails in them the past two months, on my company vehicle. I have called them each time and I am pretty sure it is the same friendly helpful man each time. Today he tells me that he will send one of his guys out to take a look and see if it can be fixed in my driveway. Shortly there after a young guy shows up finds the nail, fixes it all the while answering all of my questions and even helps me to find the hidden spare under my van (who knew?).I just wanted to say that this place has impressed me on each occasion with quick, friendly service and I highly recommend them.

I have dealt with Baxters for years they are a very honest shop and not knowing anything about cars its nice that I know they are not cheating me out of my money or lying to me about the work I need done. They have always been honest & done good work.

We have never been anything but extremely satisfied when going to Baxter's Tire and Auto. We've been customers for many years. Not only do we purchase our tires there, we go there for all of our other service needs, also. From an oil change to a/c problems, Baxter's can do it all! They have the best prices in town, excellent turn around time and extremely pleasant and knowledgeable staff! I recommend Baxter's Tire and Auto to all my family and friends and to you, too!

Baxter Tire and Auto took five days to run a basic computer diagnostic, failed to do any of the follow-up work the error code suggested, managed to drain my battery in the the process, charged me out the wazoo for the experience, and held my car hostage until I forked over.
