Bay Area was very responsive and removed my tree with ease, the crew was great and my yard was cleaner when they left then it was when they arrived. The gentleman that provided the estimate was very friendly and informative about the tree. My experience with them was great and I would highly recommend Bay Area and will use them again!

I am very dissatisfied with the work done for me by Bay Area Tree Care. I hired Bay Area Tree Care to install sod. The sod began dying immediately. Bay Area Tree Care told me they do not guarantee their work. I discovered that they were unlicensed to install sod in Maryland. I am now pursuing legal remedies, both criminal and civil.

Do NOT use Bay Area Tree Care. Beware, make sure you know all the charges before the work is started!

They charged $4,500 to remove one tree that was leaning on our townhouse, but had not damaged the roof. When we contacted Bay AreaTree Care, we did NOT tell them that this was an emergency situation. There was no hole in the roof. They simply said the boss would be over. When he was here he did NOT tell me this would be charged as an emergency situation. He simply said he could have his crew out that day. He stated the charge would be man hours and he did NOT say there would be a 4-hour minimum charge. He only stated that there would be a debris removal charge of $500. He did NOT say there would be a chipping and bucket use charge. We had cut a significant amount of branches except for those on the roof before his men even started working.The men were here LESS THAN 2 HOURS!! They charged 4 men at $200/man times 4 hour minimum emergency = $3,200, bucket and chipper @$100/hr,each times 4 hours = $800 plus the debris removal of $500
