I would have left a 0 if that was an option. Today my husband went throw the drive-Thur. The original lady who took his order was great, repeated the order back and everything. When my husband gets to the window to get his order, everything is wrong! Wrong items in the bag, missing all of the drinks and some food items even though the order was repeated back to him. He was then informed he owed more money since he wanted more food- no he ordered the correct amount of food, they incorrectly wrote it down (although not sure how when the Original woman whom he never saw again repeated it all correctly back at him). This took forever! To top it off, a nasty customer behind us gets out of her car and comes up to pay and get her order since she was in a hurry and told us we should have went in- that obviously isn’t DD’s fault, however the reason we were taking so long was DDs fault. We usually go to the other location on Mountain rd and they are very quick with never forgetting anything. We will NEVER be back to this location.
