Provided by YP.comI am very disappointed w/ the company & the customer service. Here are just a few issues we had: the basement was completed neglected, rooms not being dusted, the floor being mopped w/ undiluted cleaner, kitchen cabinets not dusted, etc. Items of value have been thrown in the trash & I’ve had to go dig through the trash bags to retrieve the items. This past time, I found a large chip missing from my wooden, kitchen table. I had cleaned the table the night before after we finished dinner & that chip was absolutely not there. I immediately took a picture & sent to the owner. I stated that it was not previously there & asked what they do in situations like this. She said it was already there & they “meant to call me”. I received no apology for the lack of communication, no offer to try & resolve the issue. INSTEAD, the owner suggested we part ways since there could be no resolution found. The resolution to my unhappiness is to release me as a customer & be rude in her responses. Stay AWAY

Provided by YP.comThe owner of this company is outrageously rude and unprofessional; STAY AWAY! The first time a team came out, we were home, and they did a good job (only because I reminded them about things that weren't done). The second time, I was out of town, and my husband was not home. The cleaning was done VERY poorly and incompletely (per the list on the company's OWN website, not my own ideas of what should have been done). They came back to supposedly fix the problems, but there were still things that were not done or done very poorly. When I asked them to come back again, the owner argued with me and said that they would only come back if it were within 24 hours (we had to know when they were coming so we could leave the key out, so that wasn't possible). When I explained the situation and that I was out of town, the owner said they would return. Nothing had been fixed (again). I then wrote to the owner and asked for a refund, to which she responded with a nasty e-mail stating that we would absolutely not be getting a refund and that they would never return to our house (as if we would want them to!). I am going to file a complaint with the BBB and the Attorney General's Office (which also doesn't phase her). We are out $120 and still have a dirty house. Totally unacceptable. Update 7/7/14: The owner refunded my payment after I posted my online reviews.
