the lady that did my nails just seemed unexperienced..during the pedicure I asked if she reshaped and filed my toes and she said yes but looking at them now she obviously didn't. Also I noticed when she was taking the old gel polish off of my toes she removed it using a nail file on the surface of my toes, instead of the usual soak off. During the fill in, she skipped over my old nail the was very close to falling off because it was lifting. I brought it to her attention that it needed to be fixed since she didn't notice and then she got glue and tried to glue it down! Instead of replacing or even repairing the lifted nail wth!!! So i pull my hand away and tell her thats not how you fix that so she puts a new nail on but completely crooked. I brought that to her attention and then she set me up with a different technician..they told me it cost 57 and they began talking and told me that its actually 62 with the $5 gel soak off but SHE SCRAPED THE GEL POLISH OFF MY TOES WITH A NAIL FILE!
