I had a problem with a delivery order. I've contacted Pats on several occasions and no one will respond to my messages. I would not waste my time on this place. If they mess up your order, they'll never make it right.

Tried to make an order on Stromboli with one simple change, the kind of sauce and was denied. After speaking with the manager Has an (hard to understand) and trying to explain he continued to refuse, even though he did say they had the sauce. He also refused to put in on the side or work with me in any way. I even offered to pay more. I've been doing this for 20 years at every other pizza place.



If they can't simply use a different sauce and they have it.. They either use premade frozen food or they care so little about customer service they don't care where people go.



I will never use them again and I recommend you find someone who cooks fresh products and cares about their customers

I have been a loyal customer, ordering frequently from home and work. My job even used Pat's to cater our holiday party. Recently, they delivered the wrong order, and when I called the manager to explain what had happened, he very rudely accused me of lying. The food is not good enough to compensate for how I was treated, and it's not the first time they messed up my order, it's just the first time I decided to say anything. I'm very disappointed and won't be ordering there again.
