Special shout out to Don Burk for above and beyond support with a cosmetic repair. Initially I was asked to come in for an assessment but unbeknownst to me they already ordered the part and installed is quickly while I waited.

Provided by YP.comWe purchased a used BMW M3 from Rich Morton Mazda in mid-February of 2014. After several attempts to address a recurring "check engine light" we were very concerned that there may be a significant engine problem which had not been correctly diagnosed. We were assured by the service manager as we approached the end of the 30-day warranty period that this was a "known" problem to them and we could rest assured that they would stand behind this car. After another attempt to correct the problem shortly after the 30 day warranty expired, we took the car to BMW of Annapolis. What was diagnosed very quickly was a $4,500 Vanos repair. Rich Mortons refused to repair the car. We were told by the General Manager that we were a bunch of "whiners" and that they were not going to fix the car because the warranty was no longer in place. BUYER BEWARE
