Unbelievable! I took a package to be insured and shipped, was quoted $12 to ship,$22 for insurance. Then the kid told me they had to photo the item to insure it, something about "high value" item because it's irreplaceable & I wanted $1,000 of insurance. So he clumsily opens my package, takes his pictures of the side-cover still wrapped in a layer of bubblewrap (very odd) then instead of re-wrapping in my quite secure packaging, REPACKING it is so much bubble wrap that it will no longer fit into my box, he then packs it in HIS box and tells me now it's going to cost $44 to ship! The whole ordeal was a scam to make me pay for additional materials and packing including his 10 dollar box! I refused and took my package elsewhere to ship. I videoed him opening my box, removing my item and repacking it and will post the utube link once I upload it. What a cluster! If you need to ship something, go to the Arnold Post Office (don't go to Lake Shore) and they will take good care of you!
