I went there today and they were beyond rude they told me there was nothing they could do about my mail that was lost..also they told my grand mother that she was no longer going to receive her Mail bc she no longer lives in the same addresss she's lived in for the past 4 years. If you can avoid this so called post office I would strongly recommend it.

I would say drive to Rivera beach or Glen Burnie. I have had the WORST experiences with this post office. I have been in business 7 years, I just had to switch post offices to Pasadena. In 7 years I have had ZERO breakages. The two months I have been using Pasadena I have had THREE. Marking something fragile just seems to challenge them to toss it about. The people working there are unprofessional, rude and the line is always a mile long. I was turned away from mailing an international package because "The guy that does that is at lunch, he will be an hour!" Really?? ONE GUY?? I've tried calling repeatedly to speak to someone no answer. I have been on hold with USPS customer service for 52 min now and I have gotten NO service.
