omg jair did an amazing job.. a hummingbird on my foot with a lily.. I love that I brought in 2 pictures and said can you throw them together somehow.. lol he did amazing.. the Colors are perfect and still bright.. its wasn't nearly as painful as my others and it heals so quick.. Im going back in 2weeks to get 2 more..

I went in for my first tattoo in 2010. The owner was very kind, and willing to listen to the array of ideas I had. He ended up creating exactly what I wanted. The staff is very pleasent to be around, helping me collaborate for my tattoo. The atmosphere is very clean and calm. The owner even asked me what my music preferences were to make me feel more comfortable. Vodou Tattoos is a great place for custom work, and a comfortable setting. I highly recomend this shop.

I got a partial sleeve and I really couldn't be happier with it. The artist here are cool, professional and extremely talented. Jair did my work and the colors and detail are truly stunning. I'd definitely recommend Vodou and plan to come back for more work ASAP.

I have multiple tattoos and the last 4 came from Vodou (Jair & Eyeball Mike). I think the artists here are some of the best in the area offering different styles and excellent custom work. They definitely sterilize well and take all the proper safety precautions, and you can see this clearly just by sitting in the shop observing them. If you’re looking for detailed tattoo art I strongly recommend checking these guys out. They have done excellent work for me and several friends.

I have gotten all my tattoos here. The people are great and the custom art work they do is awesome.

I went there with my boyfriend only because he had a jealousy problem with an artist that had started my tattoo. The whole thing was a mistake from the start, the "artist" that I was given did nothing but talk down the other shops in the area and I was left very uncomfortable. I should have walked out, but the boyfriend talked me into letting him do some coloring on a rather large piece I had started at another shop. I was very unhappy with the end result, both the work and the fact that I ended up seeing a doctor for the rash that I got a day or two later. I'm told that it was a "staff infection", and had to go on medicine to get rid of it. I've learned form this, but I hope others do the same.

I highly recommend Vodou Tattoo! I had two large pieces done by Jair and they are utterly amazing. The lines are perfect and the color is bright. The first tatt Jair did for me is over two years old and still looks sharp (color is still perfect). The staff at Vodou is really easy to talk to and I always felt comfortable in the studio. This was not the case in other studios I went to over the years. I never felt pressured even when I came in just to ask questions. I went in 2 or 3 times before choosing Jair to do my first piece. I have 7 tattoos now and the 2 I had done at Vodou definitely stand out over the others. I’ll be going in for number 8 after the New Year.
