We recently took both of our cars in for some repairs, and I'm definitely a Billy Lowery Automotive fan now. They do excellent, honest work at a reasonable price, with no unpleasant surprises. Unlike some other auto repair shops, he doesn't try to nickel-and-dime you, and he doesn't try to find (or make up?) even more things wrong with your car in order to generate more income for the repair shop. Billy and his mechanics simply do the work that needs to be done, and they do outstanding work at the lowest-priced option possible. He does check everything on the car out, though (as good mechanics do), and in my case, he did notice something else wrong with one of our cars besides what I brought it in for. Billy seemed almost apologetic for pointing out that he had noticed this extra thing wrong (I had known about this extra problem with the car also, but had considered it a relatively minor problem), and Billy didn't pressure me into having this additional repair done, but told me that, if I didn't fix it now, I would probably want to have it fixed in the near future, before it got worse. However, I decided to have that additional repair done also (to get my car back into perfect condition), and Billy did this additional repair at a very reasonable price. I am VERY happy with my new garage!
