bishops is a great feed store, i shop there for my dog food. great friendly people that run that store, i never have any problems in the store

I thought it was just me, but now I see that the lady who works there is extremely rude.

every time I stop by there to buy seed I tell myself "never again, never again". Older woman (owner?) always hiding behind desk, leaving young, uninterested/bored young men to run the store. i mentioned that the animals were out of water and cashier simply shrugged at me. I suppose I go here because my parents did. Time to break tradition.

I was raised right down the street from this place in the late 70s thru late 80s. EVERYONE knew not to go there. Those people are the very worst! I used the vet next door, and he even said not to go there because they are rude. I have no idea how they are still around?!?

if you were treated like an idiot you probably are you have the sense to blast someone on the internet but not to do research on an animal you're planning to buy just shut up and remember nobody cares

This business on Preston,Pasadena,tx the lady was extremely rude, didn't even give me a chance to ask further questions on what I needed told me whatever I needed they had and she was busy with other customers that old lady hung up on me, she needs to get off her PMS, no one should go there with that type of attitude, too bad she has to work Saturdays so do other people...she needs to find another job...Extremely rude...I want everyone to know about this so call business place...

I called to get a price on a square bale of hay. I needed the hay for my animals. The lady who answered asked me why I didn't buy it from whomever I bought my feed from. I told her that we were checking for prices because money is tight. She then, rudely, responded by telling me that I needed to go get the cheapest because their's was the best! She was very rude, and I can assure you that I will tell everyone I know!
