This place is a dump, the landlords name is Ruth Tate and shes a slumlord. Theyre nice at first until you give them your money and move in. The utilities are in her name and she overcharges you big time, by the time you pay the overpriced rent and her inflated utility bills you could live in a much nicer place. Her piece of trash boyfriend, his name is Rudy, doubles as the maintenance man and the guys an alcoholic and a thief. Does a half ass job on anything he works on. Neighbors are horrible, they rent to anyone with a heartbeat. One of the worst places ive ever lived
