I moved here in 2012, and then I loved this property. I Had no issues with the complex, and if I needed anything the girls in the office were always so helpful. Now, as of the last year, I can't wait to get out of here. So many things have changed. I'm having more and more of a roach issue than ever before, and can never get it addressed. I am still hoping someone can explain why I pay a pest fee each month. The walls and ceiling are cracking down the middle. I have black mold on the roof in my closet from the rain. The light in my closet also is full of water in the covering, which in no way is safe. But can't get anyone to address my concerns. The pools opens half way through summer, and is closed everyday for unknown reasons. The ONE girl in the office rarely knows what is going on. She can take your rent money, and that's about it. These are just some on the major issues going on around here. Please, do your self a favor, and move anywhere but here!
