I have gone to Design Nails and Spa twice. My original lady is having a new place done so they are not taking customers due to no building. The first time I went it was an okay experience. I had a new set put on and a pedi. I think that is to dark in there hard to match colors. It is way too crowded for my taste. Anywho I went back because my nail lady has not reopened yet. Again dark and crowded was not able to match colors. I had another "NEW" set put on only to realize that a fungus had grown under my thumb nail after they put the first new set on 2 weeks ago. I asked her what she was going to do about the fungus she told me nothing that the nail will grow out so basically left it on no treatment. Well today 2 days later "NEW" nails has lifted so needless to say I am not happy at all. So now I am going to have to soak them off because I refuse to go back. I spent $80 dollars for crap work. They actually charged me $5 to trim my cuticle what kind of crap is that.
