NEVER eat here!!! Especially of you are a vegetarian! Messed up our order 3 times. And there were only 2 of us! I personally ordered vegetable dumplings. They brought pork. My husband told sent them back and told the waiter I could not physically eat meat. Then instead of bringing me tofu. They brought me chicken. They offered to call the manager or owner to " fix" it. Seriously how do you fix poisoning some one? You can't fix vomiting or the other!!!

I also worked at Fairway Hunan for a number of years. When I was hired, I was appalled at how filfthy the entire restaurant was. It was as if no one had scrubbed anything...ever. The food is definitely overpriced for the quality and quantity you receive. The food is also very unhealthy and does contain msg, contrary to what it states on the take-out menus. The delivery drivers were always high, which is why they were unable to understand directions. The head waitor, although he puts on a good act, is one of the rudest and most immature people I have ever met in my life. If a customer modifies an order, the head waitor will say derrogatory things about the customer to his coworkers. The chefs are often dirty themselves, and do not keep a tidy kitchen. They often yell at each other, even when there are patrons present. The cashiers could not care less about their job or the customers. The boss/owner pays the illegal immigrants that work there under the table. It amazes me that it is not closed down yet. The sister restaurant, Clear Lake Hunan is certainly no better. Unless you want to overpay for low quality food, horrible customer service, and an overall unpleasant atmosphere, do not eat there. Customers may not be fully aware of the disgusting conditions in which they are dining, which is the reason for this post.
