I bought a truck that ended up needing to be repaired 2 weeks later. The day I made my first payment they told me to take the vehicle to their mechanic to be repaired. It turned out to be a major repair so I asked for a loaner vehicle. After much discussion I was given a loaner vehicle. John John worked with me to get me a good loaner car. He was very nice and smiled the whole time even though I was yelling at him. In the end he realy took care of me. I recommend this car lot.
