Bought a new car there. My paper work shows several hundred dollars in fees and "extras" that were never discussed but were added onto the negotiated price. That's above taxes and registration/title fees. VIN etching, loan insurance and documentation fee added up to nearly $600 alone. And there were plenty more.



They'll work their best to screw you over one way or another. Of course, when they see these bad reviews, they want to try and smooth things over with public replies of sorrow. If they really wanted to make things right, they could look at their paperwork and add up what was stolen from me and send me a check. I'll report back when that happens.
