Please do not take your loved one to this hospital! My mother had her IV come out in the middle of the night and her bed was soaked for hours. She was dehydrated going in, so she was without fluids for several hours. A second time her IV became problematic for about two hours and left her arm extremely swollen. She had 5 previous hospital visits and this never happened. They are dangerously understaffed, so your loved one will suffer. Will never return.

Worse than the hospital in Baytown! Nurse didn't have a clue nor did she care what was wrong with me or the meds I was currently taking! Stay the hell away from this joke of a hospital! Went in for respiratory problems and seen the dr twice, when I was there for over an hour and right before I left. The nurse didn't know how to put the IV in my arm or where she should draw my blood. So mad!

You people are nuts this hospital saved my husband 3 times the doctors are great the er is awesome the nurses are great you all are nuts. Linda

Horrible experience! Brought my 80 year father here because I was told this was the best hospital in Pasadena and, being new to the area I believed it. I let ER know that he was having a hard time breathing,weak, and disoriented . I also let them know that he had suffered a stroke 9 months prior. Well, the wait was long before they even took him to the back and was seen by a doctor. Then he was admitted and I can honestly say that the first two nights his nurse was horrible never came to the room to check on him. I called her by pressing the button in the room and 1hr later no nurse. Would never recommend this hospital to anyone.

Buyer beware! Shop around for xray and mri prices. Patients is one of highest in the area. Charged me $750 for a shoulder xray and 2 view chest xray. All over Houston $210 for shoulder and $330. for chest xray. Wanted an MRI on shoulder in the first place which I am now having to get also because the shoulder xray didn't show what the doctor needed to see. At Memorial Herman Shoulder mri is $394, less than the xray at Patients Medical and newer technology. I am very disappointed in Patients and will not be needing their services in the future.

I was having a stroke from malignant hypertension and they kept abusing me in the E R saying I was anaddict and a drunk because I couldn't talk because of stroke they gave me a drug test which was negative by the time they figured it out it was a stroke I had to be in icy where the nurses there were mean they tied my fewer to bed and were laughing about my stroke i am traumatized 66 yr ol grandmother does anyone think I should hire an attorney?
