I have two son's one is a10yr and the other is 15yr, they both play football one is in TIFI and the other is a sophomore in high school. I tried teaching them myself by buying instructional DVD's and buying training equipment to give them edge they deserve. I found that to be costly and not effect in my case. So I started searching the internet for training facilities and ran across a company called House of Speed, so I signed my two boys up their after a month of running around on a gym floor my sons grew uninterested and were unwilling to show up to practice. I was very frustrated that Houston didn’t have any other options beside speed and agility institutes. I talked to an old friend of mine at local youth baseball game and he turned me on to Sports and institute and technology about two months ago, I have seen a drastic change in their playing ability and also their confidence level has risen dramatically. I am glad we found them and I recommend this training facility to anyone and everyone looking to give their son the edge in football.
