For the price its great but they hate cats, there are strays out and the maintance put opened cat food with poison in the dumpster and the rest you can guess. :O(

I started my lease for 6 months and in the first week the AC broke, the people in the office will literally leave with customers in the office to get manicures. The manager won't help with anything, she seems as completely clueless as the other employees. And after my lease ended they stole 450$ from me and charged me late fees to have my rent paid again. After 7-8 months now, the matainence men have come out only once and replaced the filter in the AC. As if that was really not something we've already done.The dish washer drained on the floor, the oven is missing knobs and only heated up enough to cook something after 3 hours, the light switches don't work right and the security do drugs in the parking lot. I advise living in any other apartments than these, Sandridge for example is just 4 blocks away.



There are no pros to these apartments, the employees are over make up'd and perfumed peacocks

My Apartment was never ready to move in and when I cancelled, they stated my deposit was non-refundable even though it was said otherwise. They stated they used my deposit to get the apartment ready but it was never ready to move in. I believe this is unfair and they handled it unprofesssionally. Would not recommend them to anyone.
