Probably the most garbage cable and internet provider of all time. Constantly goes out and is impossible to talk to a real person when called.

Worst Internet provider i have ever seen. Too many hidden fees and it is NOT unlimited and if you use it more than they ask you to, they will automatically upgrade your plan and will send you a big bill.

I'm currently waiting for a cable one service technician to fix my modem. I had to stay home and wait yesterday... and it was a no show. Today they apologized and told me that a guy would be here between 8am and 7pm... This is the third time that I've had this problem with waiting so long. This time and two others.



Cable One likes to advertise that their techs arrive on time everytime. "No waiting around all day" they say in their commercials... They SUCK
