DO NOT RENT HERE!!!! They refuse to fix things even when they promise you that they will. When I moved in they promised to replace the carpet and broken tiles. well its 6 months later and I still have the same crappy carpet and crumbled tiles. You can hear everything that your neighbor says or does. The walls are very thin. There is always dog poop on the sidewalks. I could not do laundry for 3 days because there was a massive pile of dog crap that had been smeared across the floor of the laundry room. The "campus police" is a joke to say the least. His dogs are half the reason that dog crap is every where. You can hear the dogs barking due to the thin walls. There is no emergency number so when the fire alarm went off in the vacant apartment above me on a Friday night I had to listen to it until the following Monday. Every tenant here pays a different amount of rent. I was told water was included but then when I signed my lease I was told that it was an extra $18 a month. This place is a joke. DO NOT waste your money!!!

If you are looking for a honest place. It is not Colonial Manor ! Thiefs always breaking in cars. Had my unit broke into twice and nobody seen anything. Very noisey all day and night long. No insulation in the walls so you can here your neighbor coughing. If your lucky maybee you will get a neighbor that doesn't fart that much. If you move here, you have got to be desperate! Wife was in the shower and the land lord give the keys to a lady looking to rent one and walked in on my wife. Its was not very smart nor professional there so we moved out after that incident..

The apartment manager is very hard to work with. She is also very rude and is not quick to send the maintenance person to fix any problems! She cannot keep a maintenance person there, so every 90 days you will have a new one! I don't know about you, but I don't like that many people coming in my apartment!
