Great overview of trailer. Fantastic service

Got us out of our RV that was too small. They were honest and able to get us into a VERY nice RV.
Brad was awesome, honest, and very straight forward. Super salesman. Ask for him!!!!!
Got rid of a crappy Jayco that was sold to us from a not so great dealer and into an Outdoors RV Creek Side!

The service department is awesome. Our trailer was in for service before all the snow hit and we have not been able to get it back to storage. Scott told me do not worry they will take care of it just let them know when we were able to pick it up. We went down to discuss having some extra work on it done and he went out with us and was able to answer all our questions and and got together everything we needed to get the work done.

The sales people at Broadmoor helped us through an issue with a problem purchase of an RV. The contract was complete with the exception of adding a large balloon payment which was coming from the proceeds of a property sale. On the closing day which was also the day we were yo pick up the RV the property sale fell through due to the buyer loosing employment. Broadmoor RV allowed us to resined our offer and returned our trade in vehicle. We had to rewind the loan, pay some interest and forfeit our earnest monies, but as we had tied up the RV for several weeks it was a fair response . Broadmoor group in general are great to work with and we will return to them for our RV purchase and service.

Had a propane leak on our new 5th wheel and my wife called Broadmoor rv and got a negative response from service. I called and complained about how my wife was treated to the service manager which he was the most helpful person I have delt with and made anything right and was very polite and very professional. The parts people there are very good and helpful also.

The service department was wonderful. They stayed after hours to help me fix my water heater. A special thanks to Ron for taking his time with this new RV owner.

This is our second experience with Broadmoor service. We have had diesel pushers for years with some really bad luck with service departments. Not the case here. We had a list of items that required several techs to solve. Scott and Skyler lined them up and we were pleased at the coordinated schedule. Renny, Mitch, and Josh completed the work with no problems and we were on our way before we expected.

Bought our Timber Ridge travel trailer here, had a great experience. Very courteous and helpful in answering all our questions. The sales staff were no pressure. We took six months to come to a decision on what we wanted and they never pressured us.

My husband and I have purchased 3 RV's from Broadmoor RV over the past 12 years. We have compared prices and inventory among all other local RV dealers as well as many in Spokane and other surrounding areas. Broadmoor RV has always had the best prices, a large inventory to choose from and extremely friendly non-pushy staff. Even when we weren't sure exactly what we were looking for, as our family grew and our camping needs changed, the sales staff were patient, knowledgeable and friendly. Our second purchase came when a staff member kept us in mind and called when they received in on trade the perfect RV for our family. Our most current RV was purchased when another Broadmoor employee called and asked if we were happy with our current RV. While we were happy with it, our 4 growing children no longer fit in the bunk bed model we had purchased 4 years earlier. I personally gave the employee a challenge of exactly what it would take to get us to upgrade to a new RV. While I thought the challenge was impossible, the employee called later that afternoon with yet again the perfect RV for our family. We signed the papers the next evening. My husband and I won't buy from another dealer. We have been extremely happy with every purchase and won't shop anywhere else. We would highly recommend Broadmoor RV to anyone looking to purchase an RV.

A few weeks back we decided to buy a 5th Wheel to replace our older Class A. Broadmoor RV was one of our short list of options based on their reputation, size and variety of choices. They had all of the most highly rated brands as well as variety within each type that we were interested in seeing as we worked through our decision making process. Their sales team was a single point of contact. We recommend Matt! Our questions were answered precisely and the negotiation was very simple. We paid a price for the Highland Ridge Ultra Light lower than any other dealer where we research that specific rig. There is truth to their slogan: "We flat out sell 'em for less".

The support side of the business as we were given the run through on the features and use of our new 5th Wheel was very thorough and easily consumed. We made a few additions and customizations to the new rig and received excellent support from the service team as well. They showed genuine care across their teams: Sales, Parts and Service. They focused all of the efforts to make sure my wife and I were 100% satisfied with our entire experience at Broadmoor RV. I will be referring all of my friends to this wonderful dealership.

We bought a used RV here at a great price. The sales staff are friendly and the Finance guy is hilarious! Didn't get a warranty, but others I know have, and almost everything was covered when there was a problem. It's also owned by local folks, and anytime I can, I like to support the locals rather than a major chain, where you're just a profit number, not a person. I will definitely continue to refer friends and family to Broadmoor RV!

My wife and I purchased a travel trailer this past summer from B'moor Rv and quite honestly had a great experience from start to finish. From sales to walk-through to take home the process was effortless and smooth. When we had a slight issue regarding our tow vehicle the sales manager, Skyler, backed us the whole way in what well could have been a difficult experience. Way to go guys!

We dropped out trailer off to be repaired. The repaired turned into a major repair and there were multiple repairs to make. The service department kept us updated and stayed patient during the process. They went above and beyond to make sure it was fixed right and to our liking! I won't take my trailer anywhere else. Skylar is an asset to the dealership!

Recently visited Broadmoor RV for service work that was need for our Fuzion, after calling around town to get in for service; they were the ones that offered the best service. We showed up, WONDERFUL service department, friendly, knowledgeable and very reasonable pricing and MOST important the quality of work. I HIGHLY recommend Broadmoor to anyone that may need services on any RV, motor home or ect.. Thank you Broadmoor!!

We recently purchased a new 2016 Jaydo Eagle travel trailer from Broadmoor Rv. The selection was amazing, the salesman was very knowledgeable and personable, the finance manager was very helpful and it was a very good experience! Would definitely recommend them to everyone.

We have bought four RV'S from Broadmoor Super Store. Each time the sales staff was friendly and not pushy. They were able to sell us what we needed. We have had warranty work done in the service dept. and every time it was done in a timely manner with the repairs always meeting our satisfaction. We will continue to do our business with Broadmoor and send our friends and family there as well.

Our previous experience at a very poor RV dealer left us pretty low, Broadmoor's ability to move us out of a bad situation into what has turned out to be a fun camping experience is a delight.
The sales department was very professional. We really appreciate the work our sales person did. He bent over backwards to ensure we had a not only good but great experience at Broadmoor. He was not pushy but was there to answer any concerns we may have had. He listened and got us into the RV that met our needs.
The sales manager and finance personnel are second to none, they were there to answer questions and make buying this RV a very positive experience.

We were greeted by our salesman Matt. The first thing he did was sit down and ask us questions about what we were looking for, how we would use it and the features that were most important. He really had a good idea of what to show us before leaving his office. With their large inventory this step was valuable. We looked at just a few before stepping into the one we loved. By the time we were ready sit down to make a deal it was almost closing time but Matt let us know he was there to serve us and not to feel pressured because it was closing time. He knew what our budget was and worked on our behalf to come back with a deal that fit our budget. It was so nice not to spend an hour negotiating back and forth.
