Bumped my appointment and then LIED about reaching out to me!! Had a 9am appointment. Arrived at 8:40 to fill out paperwork. Let the receptionist know I would be waiting in my car. Receptionist asked what kind of car and what color. Provided that info. I was told she would come out or call. I was LITERALLY waiting in the parking lot for someone to call.
An hour of waiting I check on the status. I was told I wasn’t in the parking lot. There is a video from the business across the parking lot that shows my car did not move. I did not leave. The receptionist tried to lie and say she walked the entire parking lot looking for me. Again, not true. No call received. No text received yet they had this information.
Now I’m still waiting to be seen at another clinic who cares.

Not to be trusted to tell the truth and own up to mistakes!

I am beyond grateful that some place was open on labor day. I was not complaining about the time I had been there at all, i was fine i had come and gone to go to the bathroom and get snacks twice already. I COULD NOT POSSIBLY CARE LESS about the amount of TIME it took as long as MY CAT is OK. There was a man that arrived who was already worked up about his dog before he had even been there five minutes, he just asked how long we'd been there and so we told him. We also told him the wait would probably not be so bad right now because it was just us and one other at the time. We were NOT COMPLAINING, BUT I AM NOW WHEN SOME SNOTTY LADY COMES OUT AND LIGHTS INTO ME FOR NO GOOD REASON BECAUSE """"DON'T BE TELLING PEOPLE THAT YOU'VE BEEN HERE FOR HOURS""""" EXCUSE ME I'VE BEEN CRYING ABOUT MY CAT I DON'T CARE ABOUT THE TIME. YOU LIT INTO US BECAUSE OF ONE GROUCHY OLD MAN THAT HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH US.

They took such wonderful care of my babies when they ate poison and they were all so kind to my husband and I. I highly recommend them

When I had an emergency with my little dog at 3am, they were open and available for me immediately. There was a doctor and several staff members that came in and all were great at helping me and my dog calm down and told me that they would help me find out why he had a seizure. They did bloodwork and gave him medication that stopped the seizure and sent me home with information and more medicine in case it happened again. I cant imagine that having a staff available for me in the middle of the night and having all the machines available all night is very cheap so of course it costs extra. I've gone into a human ER and waited hours for tests that took days to get back, and then got a $2000 bill for bad cold so an emergency room for your pet is going to be more expensive than a shot clinic. The fact that my dog was cared for so fast and they were so helpful and reassuring was worth every penny.

Over charges and over diagnoses to extort money from worried pet owners. They only care about MONEY. They could care less about the pet and the owner.
