It is a sad day when you have had your vehicle only a few days. You spend 18000.00 and it has to go back to the shop. They tell you that you have a hub bearing going out and they won't fix it unless you pay them another 500.00. Don't listen when they tell you that you can bring it in and they will take care of you and the problem, because it is a lie. I have had my truck 2 days and they will not fix it. They told me I was on my own and turned me away. All I can tell all of you is be careful when buying a used vehicle from san luis bay motors and check things very careful.

I have used San Luis Bay Motors for my vehicles needs for years. They are always helpful and accommodating.

Best customer service!!!! Amazing sales associates, ask for Alex Frame he is helpful, honest, not pushy like other places. I am a customer of San Luis Bay Motors for life!

They may be an authorized Kia dealer but i honestly dont know how the BAR has not shut them down already. They are not willing to fix they're own mistakes and on top of it all wont even fess up to what they did. Ur better off staying away...trust me
