Worst run property management company it has ever been my misfortune to sign a lease with. They gave written notice of a change in lease terms requiring automatic payment withdrawal by sticking a paper under the windshield wiper of my vehicle on the 11/25 telling me I had until the 12/1 to sign the paperwork at the office but no one was in the office the 3 times I came up to sign it. It is not unusual for the office to be empty during normal business hours. And if something needs repair in your unit, better fix it yourself or be prepared to wait days or even weeks.

There rules and regulations for their community are ridiculous. I lived there for about 6 months and when I chose to leave once i was already gone they choose to take me to court and now i have a judgement against me. I never even knew they were taking me to court. I would never recomend this place to live even if you were homeless.
