Worst customer service ever! I've been asking for a replacement part for a bed that I bought 6 months before it broke, it's been almost 3 months since I contacted them and nothing, they don't even answer emails, I am surprise they have so many stores open, with that kind of services they will not be around much longer.

Purchased a bed frame HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. First they delivered the wrong color in the bed, second time around they delivered the wrong size , finally the 3rd time they delivered the right bed and it broke within a month. It's been almost a month and I've been waiting for replacement parts. They promise you a delivery but they never follow thru. They use the excuse that the delivery trucks are broken but you have to contact them first before they contact you. Had me waiting at my house for 3 hours and they didn't even deliver the parts. I have a 5 year warranty and with the way this business is running it's probably not going to last. My advice is to purchase from a different company
