Operational since 1899, Grant School 7 serves more than 400 students in pre-kindergarten through grade two. The school s educational programs include instruction in mathematics, science, social studies, language arts and reading. It also offers performing and visual arts, music and physical education classes. Grant School 7 organizes enrichment activities, including field trips, book fairs, spelling bee competitions and family reading nights. In addition, the school provides opportunities for students to participate in the English Language Learners program. It operates a writer's club and features a cafeteria. Grant School 7 conducts parent workshops related to behavioral strategies. It is a part of Passaic City Schools.
