Provided by YP.comThere is no one better in the business. I have solicited numerous Yamaha Certified Dealers and service departments. This is by far, the best and most TRUSTWORTHY people. They have a sense of pride and know the product. Ultimately, I travel past three closer MC/ATV dealers/service businesses to get to Passaic and the family at Speer. Enough said, they are second to none. Thank you Vito, Joe, Ray, Kenny and crew.

Provided by YP.comThis is the only shop I bring my bike to. The mechanic, Ray, is honest and knows what he doing. I will purposely go out of my way to buy parts and accessories through Speer Yamaha rather than ordering them online. I moved around the country a bit and always found myself calling Joe to help me order parts or asking Ray if I was getting ripped off by other mechanics. This is a motorcycle shop run by motorcycle people, not someone who bought a business just to make money. There are other bikes out there that I am interested in, but I ride only Yamaha because I enjoy dealing with and going to Speer. Can't wait for that new FZ-09 to come out so I can buy one from them.

Provided by YP.comHere's my experience. About three weeks ago, I went to this shop and asked the desk manager about rebuilding the forks on my late model Yamaha Virago XV1100. They provided two options; the first was to bring the bike there (to have it done for ~$275) and the other ws to take off the forks myself (for ~$180). I decided to bring the bike there today. When I brought the bike in, the mechanic refused to work on it stating that it was too old and that he was scared he might not be able to do the job right. I then approached the desk manager and he not only denied having our conversation, but stated that he had never even seen me before. He then proceeded to open a scrappy old notebook (some kind of antiquated type of customer log) and flipped through a few pages. I stopped him on the page that quoted the work for my bike and this guy had nothing to say at all except that they still wouldn't work on it. The worst part is that he wasn't even a decent enough person to apologize for his mistake. Just sat there and looked at me with a blank expression on his face because he couldn't fathom being wrong. In short, I will never visit this disorganized business again. I am quite frankly surprised that they have been able to survive in the business this long.

Provided by YP.comFirst Class Service ( with a smile.. how unusual is that ? )
Experts at converting Dirt Bikes to real race bikes just look at the trophies they have !!
Superlative at finding that elusive part no one else has ....and what a super showroom.
Why visit the dealer who doesn't have the skilled mechanics to look after your bike (and makes you pay cash ) when you could go here for the BEST
