The management is rude, intrusive, and harrassing. The manager, Jodi, uses the office facilities and her title to try and enforce made-up rules at the expense of tenants. She denies residency to people prior to application. Jodi refuses meetings with current tenants and instructs other office employees to lie and deceive paying residents. She has loud parties and interferes with other tenants rights to live safely and secure. I have never experienced such horrible customer service. I do not recommend dealing with Pataskala Greens and Showe Management unless you are aware of fair housing rights and are ready to stand up for those rights. The company cares only about complying with HUD rules and money. Residents have been harrassed and threatened with fake eviction processes for things such as allowing their children to climb in trees, color w chalk on sidewalks, and playing with water toys but others are allowed to live freely and loiter with drugs and run "brothel-like" business. At one time, my neighbor had 13 people living in her 2 bedroom apt. And never received even a warning. I had water back up in all of my drains on a thurs and did not receive maint assistance for 4 days after I filed a workorder. I still had to call emergency service. Goodluck to anyone living in this complex.
