This store is not as it seems. It is an authorized home dealer. The owner makes promises and doesn't follow through on them. I purchased an item less than six months ago with a protection plan. The owner and sales associate Matt were very unprofessional claiming they would rectify the situation and they dropped the ball the entire time. I had to call the real Sears store and made a complaint against them. Next steps, calling the Better Business Bureau and 6 On Your Side. Need better laws to shut down businesses like these that clearly take advantage of the customer. Sad!
